Ryan Fiedler

Vice President, Investor Relations, Caterpillar

Ryan is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations at Caterpillar Inc. He is an executive finance professional with over 22 years of progressive corporate finance and accounting experience, including 12 years of leading various functions at Caterpillar and over 10 years of investment and corporate banking at JPMorgan.

Ryan is highly experienced in engaging with board members, advising c-suite officers and collaboratively partnering with business units across a wide range of industries. During his time at Caterpillar, he has led Investor Relations, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, M&A and Integration, Venture Capital, finance and accounting functions. In addition, he has extensive experience in raising debt and equity capital for companies in both the public and private markets.
